Overview
As an Experienced Customer Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for our esteemed customers, ensuring their experience with our brands is seamless, memorable, and of the highest quality. You will work closely with our sales, management, and support teams to offer tailored assistance and build strong, lasting relationships with customers. Your expertise in luxury jewellery will help ensure that customers receive personalized service, expert guidance, and timely support. Successful applicants will need to meet the following criteria:

Customer Relationship Management: Exceptional customer service skills. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals and VIP customers, providing personalized service at all stages of the buying process.

- Sales Support: Assist customers in choosing the perfect jewellery pieces by offering expert advice on styles, materials, and customization options. Ensure a smooth and pleasant purchasing experience.
- Training: Participate in brand training. Assist in training sales representatives.
- Client Communication: Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, ensuring customers’ needs are met with discretion, professionalism, and warmth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the brand’s latest collections, trends in luxury jewellery, gemstones, and custom design processes to deliver expert advice to clients. Knowledge of brand history.
- Event Coordination: Help organize and manage exclusive client events, private viewings, and product launches, ensuring impeccable service and attention to detail.
- Post-Sales Support: Ensure a positive experience for customers after the sale, addressing any questions, concerns, or service requests promptly and efficiently.
- Sales Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer preferences, sales, and special requests to help guide future interactions and personalize the customer experience. Meet sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as service desk and merchandise buyers.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury retail or high-end jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of fine jewellery, gemstones, metals, and design techniques.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team and support collaborative efforts.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain a functional and clean work environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and basic sales tracking tools.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as needed, to accommodate client schedules and events.
Preferred Skill
- Previous experience with bespoke/custom jewellery creation and working closely with designers.
- Diamond and Coloured Stone grading certification from industry recognized institutions.
- Demonstrate experience in the grading and valuation of luxury jewellery.
The successful applicant must be details oriented, have a good understanding of customer service and be willing to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations. Good communication skills is an essential asset and active listening to understand customer needs is an important part of the service. The applicant must be a team player and be willing to learn but also be able to confidently work independently.
Salesperson
Crisson requires Experienced Salespersons for Fine Jewelry and Watches.
Key Responsibilities in providing First-Class Customer Service:
Approach and attend to customers promptly and courteously
Ability to promote and sell
Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with customers
Operate Point of Sale System and Maintain Customer Database
Make sure the store is presentable, clean, and tidy at all times
Ability to merchandise products
Meet and exceed targets
Staying abreast of industry trends
